Happy Easter!

This weekend we made our Easter visits. On Saturday, we went to YaYa and PaPa's for the day. Simon enjoyed a ride in his new Easter wagon.















On Sunday we went to our church in BG. Before going, we took our holiday family photo.














Simon hunted Easter eggs at Nana B and Granddaddy's house on Sunday afternoon. He found all of them!















And chewed on all of them as he found them.

Our Brushing Bookworm

We have recently started brushing Simon's teeth with his big-boy toothbrush and toothpaste. He really enjoys it, and even cries sometimes when we're finished.


















This is all Simon wants to do now -- read, Read, READ. He's his mommy and daddy's little boy.














He does take time from his scholarly pursuits to pull the pots and pans out of the cabinet.

Snow Walk -- Updated

On our front sidewalk -- SEVEN inches! (There were five in the driveway.)

MARCHing Toward Spring

On Saturday, we went to visit YaYa and Papa's house. Simon had a big time! First, he decided to go hiking with his backpack ...














... and then later stopped for a snack. Who doesn't love baby cheetos?














On Sunday, we got out to enjoy the 70-degree temperature, and took our first family walk of the year.



















On Sunday night, we went to our friend Grace Boyer's third birthday party. Of course, we were late, but we still managed to get Simon's picture with the birthday girl. (And he drank out of a juice box for the first time ever!)
