"Hey Simon, It's Your Birthday!" -- Captain Zoom

Saturday, December 27, was Simon's 2nd birthday. With all the craziness of Christmas this year, he didn't get to have a party. Instead, we're just celebrating with our families as we can. That morning, we drove to Glasgow to celebrate with NanaB, Granddaddy, Uncle Jason, Aunt Mandy, cousins Henry and Ada, and Uncle David and Aunt Kelly.

Simon really enjoyed singing "Happy Birthday" -- really, he sang along with us.















Uncle David and Aunt Kelly got him a toy with spinning gears on it ... he thought it was so funny!




















Henry gave Simon pointers on how to work the new toy.















After presents and lunch, we had birthday cake, complete with birthday hats. Although he wouldn't eat much of the cake and was past-ready for a nap, the rest of us really enjoyed it. :)
