Pumpkins, Pears, and Pies
We made our first trip of the season to Jackson's Orchard last Saturday. Accompanied by our friends Jon and Angie Doss, we got to see the fun pumpkins and sample the yummy treats that were there.
Simon inspects the bumpy pumpkins.
They didn't have many out yet, but the pumpkins were a hint of what is to come later this fall.
Simon dug into the bin ...
... and found one he liked!
He tasted some fresh pears ...
... ran a lap ...
... and then had some fried peach pie. Yum!

I'm glad to see you're not neglecting Simon's Jackson Orchard education. Fried peach pies!!! Yeah!!
