Take It or Leaf It
Seeing as how we have moved to the "big city," we now have free leaf pickup service! On Saturday, armed with leaf blower and rakes, we decided to tackle the sea of leaves in our front yard.
Simon was waist-deep in some areas!
I promise there is some grass under there.
The results. And a special thanks to members of the Alvaton Church of Christ who happened to be helping some elderly and sick people living on our street. They commented that we didn't look old or sick, but we had our hands full. :)

I told them God gave Cortney the day off by sending help. Otherwise, he'd have been raking until dark or until he fell over - whichever came first.
You all do have a lot of trees, that is for sure! Simon is so cute "helping"
